Lumleys

A few minutes from Camber beach is a fabulous new build, Lumleys. The large, angular and glass house is down a quiet lane towards the end of Camber and is a perfect holiday cottage for a seaside getaway.

Inside the property

There is a large entrance hall with a long settle bench to kick off those shoes and start to unwind. The beach design brings in shades of grey, blue and sand throughout the house. Furthermore, the property benefits from underfloor heating downstairs. In fact, the whole house is pump sourced, which therefore makes it environmentally friendly and not only warm in winter but means there will be plenty of hot water!

The sitting room with two large sofas and Apple TV, is light and airy and leads onto a well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. A coffee espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and double oven will ensure meal times are taken care of! As you walk through the long kitchen, you will find a a large round dining table and a further sofa area to chill.

There is a downstairs loo and utility room with washing machine, dryer and a door to the outside. Perfect if you are covered in sand or mud!
