Rye Bay Beach (8 Royal William Square) is part of a new eco development. As well as being good for the environment it is also good for the soul as it has direct access onto the sand dunes which means you are 30 seconds from the stunning beach of Camber Sands.

Solar panels & thermal heating makes it a warm and stylish home in winter and wooden floorboards and clean lines keep it cool in the summer months – it is a perfect escape from city living.

On arrival, the front door leads into a large room, a great place to store the surf boards, it has a shower room together with the laundry area and a extra large fridge freezer.  Towards the back of the ground floor is a twin bedroom, together with a sofa, which leads onto the lower deck area, hosting a charcoal BBQ with table and chairs.

A further two bedrooms; the master bedroom on the top floor has an en-suite shower room and huge French windows that lead onto its own balcony capturing the full glare of morning sun (a great place to sit drinking your morning tea) and the second, a well appointed king sized bedroom on the middle level beside the family bathroom.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom!

On the first floor the main living area is bright and comfortable with open plan living, large white leather sofas complimented by a collection of colourful local finds, a small (but perfectly formed) kitchen and dining area. The decked balcony that leads from the living room is the perfect sun trap, just right for outdoor dining and sunbathing with access onto the communal garden, with the path that leads to the beach –  within seconds you are on the beach!
