A stylish 1930s coastal weather boarded house which has been given a contemporary makeover. Sandways is situated on a quiet no through road, yet within a couple minutes you can be walking through the dunes on to the magnificent Camber Sands. This lovely property is painted white throughout with grey wooden floorboards making the most of the wonderful light. The house backs onto a large west facing lawned garden with views of open fields (with donkeys in) the dunes and Rye golf course beyond. You will often see herons and geese flying over the garden.

Early 2018 saw work begin on a fabulous addition – the games room and lean to were demolished to make way for the extended open plan kitchen, adding a relaxed seating area for communal living, together with an additional log burner and modern glass box window seat it makes for the perfect get together with friends and family (photo of the floor plan does not show this!). The light and spacious living room boasts two leather sofas and another woodburning stove making it a perfect house all year round. The master bedroom has a modern ensuite with a large walk in shower. There are three further bedrooms a small king sized bedroom, a super king bedroom and a bunk room with two double wooden bunks.  All beds are furnished with luxurious duvets and soft cotton bedding.  There is also a large trampoline. A 20m decked area runs the width of the house offering a perfect way to relax whilst watching the sun setting over the dunes after a hard day at the beach.  All but one of the rooms has French doors leading to the decking bringing the outside in.  The beach is fabulous even in winter. *Camber is a popular beach destination and on exceptionally hot days the field next to the house can be used as an overflow car-park. This happens very rarely.
