The Blue House

** As of 2 March 2020 the house next door is being rebuilt – no work on weekends but weekdays will be impacted. Special rates have now been released for the remaining dates over the summer – take a peak at our highlights folder, The Build, on our insta page!**

Want a beach holiday, with sand between your toes from the moment you arrive – this stunning beach house is built on the foreshore of Camber Sands offering a truly luxurious escape.  Please read the access information before booking.

This stylish and contemporary house sleeps 8 guests in four bedrooms.

This property brings the sea to your doorstep, immerse yourself in water activities, jaunts in the dunes or collapse on the deck, or if its a little cool or windy snuggle up on the sofa in the living room with a good book or pair of binoculars – Apple TV and in built ipad Sonos system are available when you get bored of the view!

Downstairs the living room over looks the deck, there is a bespoke kitchen (dishwasher, oven, micro/grill oven, fridge/freezer and separate drinks fridge) which offers plenty of scope to cook up a storm,  eat at the handmade dining table overlooking the beach, or fire up the BBQ on the deck.  There are two bedrooms downstairs; a large superking bedroom (Surf) with wardrobe and a twin bedroom with 3ft beds and Apple TV, sharing a double shower wetroom. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer and has a side entrance for access to the house.

Upstairs the two stunning superking bedrooms (Beach & Dunes) are both beautifully appointed with free standing baths and the front bedroom with an additional shower, and USB ports by the bed.  All linen is white superior Egyptian Cotton. Beautifully decorated throughout in muted colours that don’t jar with the incredible view.

Simply put it is the perfect retreat in all weathers – a log burning stove for cosy autumnal and wintery escapes, sliding doors onto a decked terrace enclosed to offer security and privacy.

Dogs are very welcome but please be aware of the dog restrictions on the beach between 1 May – 30 September. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog.

The Blue House is accessed from the car park via the beach, if you have a 4×4 you are allowed to drive onto the beach and park ONE car in front of the house at the discretion the beach inspector in peak periods (high tides and full beach) .  Do not park between the houses as this is owned by the neighbours.   there is a car pass that enables one car to park for free in the car park for the duration of your stay.  There is a barrier that the beach inspector will put up if there is deemed a risk to beach goers and will prevent access – this is usually at high tide with a full beach or servere adverse conditions.
