A few minutes from the beach is a fabulous new build, Lumleys.   Having been completed in late 2016, this Passive environmental home is now available for rent during the summer and odd weeks here and there!

The large, angular and glass property is approached down a quiet lane at the Rye end of Camber – perfect for our canine guests as it is the dog friendly end!  There is a large entrance hall with a long settle bench to kick off those shoes and start the unwind…..  The beachy design brings in shades of grey, blue and sand throughout the house. Downstairs benefits from underfloor heating – in fact the whole house is pump sourced which makes it very environmentally friendly but beautifully warm with lots of hot water!

The sitting room with two large sofas and Apple TV is light and airy, it leads onto a well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons – a coffee espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and double oven which opens onto the back of the house with a large round dining table and a place to chill.  The big glass windows bring the garden into the house – the wrap around deck and back garden are complete with new garden furniture and charcoal webber BBQ.   There is a downstairs loo and utility room with washing machine and dryer – and door to the outside – perfect if covered in sand or mud!

Upstairs, the four bedrooms comprise of two doubles (one superking and one kingsize) both looking over the rear of the property, a twin room with ensuite shower room and a bunk room over looking the front.  In addition to the ensuite shower room there is a bathroom and another large shower room –  ideal for families.   All decorated in muted beachy colours.

Dogs are most welcome – Lumleys perfect for the dog friendly end of the beach with no dog restrictions in the summer.
