Hidden away on Dunes Avenue, a minutes’ stroll from the sweeping sands of Camber, Mandalay is a beautifully designed oasis for relaxed coastal living with a touch of laid-back luxury.

Step through the gate and into your own private sanctuary — a home where soft, sandy tones, seagrass textures, and calm, natural styling invite you to unwind from the moment you arrive.

Inside the property

As you enter the front door, turn right into the heart of the home: a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, perfect for bringing everyone together. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, integrated fridge/freezer and plenty of pots and pans for cooking up a feast. After a day on the beach, gather around the dining table or sink into the generous U-shaped sofa to relax with a film on the Smart TV.

Directly from the entrance, head straight up and you’ll pass a WC with basin, and next door there is a large spacious contemporary walk-in shower room, with a basin and WC — all practically located in the centre of the house. 

A light filled hallway then leads to three relaxing bedrooms:

The master bedroom and second double bedroom both have king-sized beds and small open wardrobes for storage.

At the end of the hall, the bunk room is perfect for kids or extra guests. The beds are standard 3ft single mattresses. 

Each bedroom has direct access to a courtyard through tilt-turn doors, allowing you to let in the evening breeze while keeping things secure. The two double bedrooms also feature ceiling fans to keep you cool on warmer nights.

Outside the property

Mandalay boasts two private courtyards for soaking up the coastal air. The main palm lined courtyard features outdoor seating, a chair hammock and a charcoal BBQ. The second courtyard, just off the bunk room, is a cosy hideaway. You can preorder a movie night pack with a projector for magical movie nights screened against the white exterior wall. There’s also a small games table for a bit of fun after sunset.

Whether you’re sipping coffee in the sunshine, strolling the dunes with your dog, or watching a film under the stars, Mandalay is your stylish seaside base to slow down, and simply relax.

> Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests will need to bring beach towels.
