Being in the heart of this historic town offers the most idyllic escape into one of England’s most beautiful towns. It has been lovingly restored and renovated, bringing it into the 21st Century. This spacious property makes it the most perfect place to base yourself for a family or friends get together.

Inside the property

The kitchen has a smart TV on the wall, DAB radio and SONOS speaker.  To the rear of the kitchen is a further cloakroom with a loo and back door.

To the left of the hallway is a sitting room with a large corner sofa and a Smart TV. French doors lead onto a newly built deck with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ for alfresco dining. Which then leads to a spiral staircase to the patio and shingle garden. A glorious spot to enjoy the morning sun and take in the spectacular view.

The house itself was absolutely fabulous - so spacious and bright and just beautiful. Every single room, especially bathrooms, we’re absolutely spotless, and every detail of what we’d need was thought of. Very highly recommend .

Absolutely fantastic house. Spotless and modern. Couldn’t believe the size of it considering it is in the centre of Rye. Everything works perfectly and beds so comfy. All felt brand new. Teenagers could be independent and wonder around Rye shopping. Lots to do in Rye with great restaurants and also very cool cinema. Beach ten mins away by car. Camber holiday cottages were so helpful and the house/activities guide was brilliant. All in all faultless!!!

Six of us stayed here at the end of August. It's a really well appointed property with an enormous kitchen. Nice terrace and garden. It's only a short walk from the station but right in the centre of Rye.
