The Barn in Camber is a stunning three-bedroom holiday cottage, tastefully decorated with designer fabrics, natural wooden floorboards, and premium furnishings. Nestled at the end of Farm Lane, surrounded by open fields, it enjoys a unique location just a short walk from the beautiful Camber Sands beach.
Inside the property
The Barn features a large open plan sitting room, with wooden floorboards, beautifully decorated in muted Farrow and Ball tones, with comfy sofas and chairs. A cathedral beamed ceiling and a large wood burning stove merges effortlessly with the dining area and well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob).
With two bedrooms on the ground floor; a kingsize double bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom. A panelled twin room and the large family shower room (which also has a washing machine discreetly hidden in the cupboard).
Sleeping arrangements
Master Bedroom 1: The large upstairs master bedroom has a superking bed with Harrison Spinks mattress, fully enclosed with curtains allowing for total privacy.
Bedroom 2: Ensuite bedroom with a king sized bed with a stunning headboard (fabric from Mind the Gap) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath, loo and basin.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedded room with 3ft beds, a TV with Amazon Firestick.
All bedrooms have sumptuous Egyptian Cotton 400 thread count bedding and large white bath sheets. (beach towels not provided)
Outside the property
The private garden benefits from sun throughout the day where you can laze around the large deck amongst a seaside themed area with pebbles and driftwood. There is a lawn area ideal for children. The Barn in Camber also comes with an outside dining table and chairs, as well as a BBQ and Ooni Pizza oven for those warm summer evenings.
The Barn welcomes up to 2 dogs. There is a £30 fee per dog, per stay.
Parking for 3 cars comfortably (4 at a push).
For those with an electric car, a new Hypervolt EV charger has been installed for guests use. (There is a fee for use during your stay plus usage).

We had a wonderful week in Camber Sands. The Barn is beautifully appointed and suited our needs perfectly. We loved that it was close to the beach but tucked away down a lane, so nice and quiet. Rye is a great place to explore for the day, and we enjoyed going further afield to Leeds Castle too. We hope to come back some day!!

We booked The Barn for 4 days as part of a larger video project. The team at Camber Holiday Cottages could not have been more accommodating. On point at every point. Kind , generous and professional. Exactly what we needed. It'd be nice to come back next time for an actual holiday!

We hired the Barn for a weekend get away with our friends. 4 adults and 2 children in total. The whole booking experience was a delight, so helpful, approachable and friendly. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and the children were both so excited to see each other and also explore the Barn. It has everything you need, it is very clean just a short walk to Camber Sands Beach. The fire was so inviting at night with a glass of wine and nibbles, great place to catch-up with great friends. We will certainly be returning in the future and we have been recommending this place to many friends and colleagues.

A wonderful fire kept us all warm, great facilities, beautiful Rye just down the road and stunning Camber Beach...what a brilliant way to see the New Year in. We will definitely be returning.

We absolutely love staying at the Barn, it’s the second week long break that we have had there. The setting is beautiful and only a short walk from the sandy beach. The Barn itself has everything you need, the decor and furniture are of high quality and so comfortable. Georgina is very welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable stay during the heatwave. It is also dog friendly, I would highly recommend staying!

What a find! The Barn is beautifully decorated and very well equipped - we were very comfortable there. It's a great location, close to the beach and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. I almost didn't want to leave a review for The Barn, purely because I want to keep this place a secret! We've been staying here on and off for several years and it is still one of our favourite places to escape to. A wonderful home from home, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and a short stroll from the beach. It's the best! But don't tell anyone...

We had a lovely stay at The Barn and especially appreciated the countryside location with sheep and rabbits just outside the bedroom window and the outside space for dining. The bedding and towels were high quality and the kitchen facilities excellent. We adored the little welcome hamper of local produce.
