Bringing everyone together is easier with the right house. Our four bedroom holiday cottages in Camber Sands and Rye give families and groups of friends space to spread out proper kitchens, gardens for long lunches, and the beach or Rye’s cobbled streets just outside the door.

Being based in Camber, we know each of these houses personally. Some sit directly behind the dunes, some in the heart of Rye, and several welcome dogs so every member of the party is covered.

Four bedroom houses on the beach

If waking up to the sea matters most, start with our beachfront four beds. The Blue House sits right on Camber Sands, sleeping up to eight across four bedrooms with air conditioning for warm summer nights. Casa Blanca Beach House brings New England style to the foreshore, with uninterrupted sea views and a hot tub overlooking the beach. The White House and The Bach sit just behind the rolling dunes The Bach won Build It’s Best Home award, and it shows.

Prefer cobbled streets to sand between your toes? Ockman House sits down a cobbled lane with views across the Romney Marsh, while Wrest is tucked among the boat yards on the edge of town — both an easy stroll from Rye’s restaurants, galleries and antique shops.
