Come into the hallway where there’s generous cupboard space for coats and shoes. To the left sits a family shower room; to the right, a separate snug for children (or adults) wanting a cosy hideaway. Walk through and you arrive at the heart of the home. The large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is stylish, practical and perfect for gathering. The well-equipped kitchen includes top-notch appliances, plenty of cooking space, excellent fridge/freezer capacity, a utility room with an ice machine, and a charming cushioned bay window to sit and watch the tide roll in.

Sleeping arrangements at Seamark

Comfortably sleeping ten, this house offers five beautiful ensuite bedrooms, four in the main house and one in the private studio at the rear of the garden. Every room has been curated with comfort in mind: sumptuous mattresses, quality linens, plenty of storage space and thoughtful touches throughout.

Bedroom 1 (Master):
A spacious seafront master with stunning beach views, superking bed, a desk for writing or working, and a luxurious ensuite with both bath and shower. 

Bedroom 2:
With a superking bed, soft coastal décor, ample storage and ensuite shower room. 

Bedroom 3:
A charming children’s room featuring delightful safari truck beds (both 3ft wide), guaranteed to elevate excitement levels and spark imagination, together with an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 4 (Top Floor Master):
Another beautifully appointed seafront master (superking bed) with its own ensuite and generous storage. Wake to sweeping beach views and step onto your private balcony to watch the kitesurfers glide across the waves.

Bedroom 5 (Pool House):
Tucked privately at the back of the property, the studio-style pool house offers a peaceful upstairs bedroom with a cosy sofa and Smart TV, ideal for grandparents, friends, or anyone wanting a little extra space. Downstairs, you’ll find a handy shower room, perfectly placed for post-swim rinses, along with a WC, a small fridge, and a washing machine.

All linen and towels are included in your booking (please bring your own cot bedding and beach towels).

Outside Seamark

The jewel of this home sits right at the front: direct, uninterrupted access to Camber Sands. Step out, breathe in the sea air, and you’re on the beach. Enjoy alfresco meals, morning coffees in the sunshine, or a quiet glass of wine under the stars. 

At the rear, you’ll find a beautifully arranged terrace where the star attraction is the outdoor heated jacuzzi pool, ready for year-round enjoyment. The pool house is located just beyond the pool. 

Parking is available for 2 medium cars together with an EV charger. 

For those looking to explore beyond the sand, the historic town of Rye is just a short drive away, brimming with independent shops, cosy pubs, charming cafes and atmospheric streets. With walking trails, water sports and plenty of local attractions, there’s always something to enjoy.
