Inside the Property 

Enter through the handcrafted front door into the stylish boot room, thoughtfully designed with space for shoes and coats and complete with a convenient WC. Beyond lies the inviting sitting room, where a generous Loaf sofa, large Smart TV, and underfloor heating create a cosy retreat to unwind in comfort, whatever the season.

Next door, the open-plan kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home – where contemporary design meets everyday comfort. Cook, gather and connect in a beautifully appointed space featuring top-of-the-range appliances, and a large dining table made for long, laughter-filled meals. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a beach walk or hosting a special dinner, this space makes it effortless and enjoyable.

Sleeping Arrangements

All bedrooms are dressed with white duck feather and down duvets and pillows, Egyptian cotton bedding, and plush towels. Each room has USB universal sockets, and bathrooms are stocked with Pelegrims natural skincare products.

Ground Floor Bedroom 1: Super-king bedroom opening onto the terrace, with electric blackout blinds and ensuite shower room.

Ground Floor Bedroom 2: Bespoke children’s bunk room with two full-size (3ft) beds – a playful and comfortable space for younger guests.

Ground Floor Family Bathroom: Sleek, contemporary bathroom with bath and shower over.

First Floor Bedrooms 3 & 4: Two elegant super-king bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Soft lighting, calming tones, and a small reading nook between the rooms create a serene retreat.

Ground Floor Studio – Bedroom 5: A self-contained studio accessed from the garden, featuring a super-king bed and ensuite shower room. A private space for guests seeking solitude or quiet reflection.

Outside the Property

Step into the private, landscaped garden where the pace slows. Enjoy al fresco dining under the pergola, stretch out on the sun loungers, or enjoy evening drinks as the sun sets over the dunes.

A separate outdoor utility room is handy for wetsuits, beach gear, and towels, keeping the main house clutter-free. A back gate leads directly to the beach, just a three- to four-minute stroll away, making morning swims, sunset walks, and dune adventures easy to fit into your day.
