Its been a challenging time – the year started really badly and I didn’t think it could get worse! It did. While we wait for Boris (and science) to let you return to wander our beach and feel the sand between your toes (gawd I hope that will be soon), we have kept busy. Really busy – the website has had a make over, plus a new site just for Rye and Winchelsea. The sunshine meant we got outdoors to do all those jobs – replace the Barn front door, paint the windows, guttering, workshop – then start on the Farmhouse. Plant some seeds. Dig a veg bed. Deal with fear, uncertainty and then just wait. Cancel Easter, cancel May – but we hope we won’t be cancelling June!
Guests are booking for the summer and we shall await with open arms! Hope you are being vigilant, staying safe and dreaming of the day when you can get back to Camber!
