Overlooking open fields where horses graze peacefully, the setting is wonderfully quiet while being just a 10-minute walk from Winchelsea Beach and a 7–10 minute drive from the historic town of Rye.

Perfectly positioned for exploring the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, the surrounding coastline and the charming cobbled streets of Rye, Greenbank offers a stylish base for couples, families and friends alike.

Inside the Property

The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, designed for relaxed, sociable living with countryside views through large French doors that open to the side of the property.

The contemporary kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a Neff dishwasher, oven and hob, undercounter fridge, Dualit toaster and De’Longhi coffee machine with milk frother, making everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely brunch effortless. A cocktail set is also provided for evening drinks after a day exploring. 

The comfortable living area features a Smart TV and cosy log burner, creating a welcoming space to gather whatever the season, while a separate snug offers additional seating and a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Greenbank comfortably sleeps four guests across two ensuite bedrooms.

Downstairs bedroom
A spacious superking bedroom with ensuite shower room and French doors opening onto a private bistro area – the perfect spot for an early morning coffee while listening to the birds.

First floor bedroom
A king bedroom with ensuite shower room and freestanding bath, ideal for a relaxing soak. A feature wooden shutter frames the view over the front of the property and adds to the home’s unique character.

The sofa bed in the snug can accommodate up to two children or one adult. If you wish to use the sofa bed, please add this to your booking so it can be prepared with linen and towels (chargeable).

Outside the Property

The enclosed rear patio provides a private outdoor space with a dining table for alfresco meals and relaxed evenings, while the peaceful surroundings make it easy to switch off and enjoy the slower pace of Winchelsea Beach.
