Seamark Earns the Condé Nast Traveler

Seal of Approval

We’re absolutely delighted to share that our newest beachfront property, Seamark, has been recognised by Condé Nast Traveler. It’s a real milestone for us and a proud moment for our growing collection of coastal homes.

Recently featured in their article “My children’s favourite Airbnb: a beachy retreat with safari truck beds”, Seamark has already made a lasting impression as a standout destination for families seeking a stylish yet effortless seaside escape. It’s exactly the kind of recognition we hoped for, and perhaps secretly dreamed of.

Set right on the shoreline in Camber Sands, Seamark was designed to offer that rare combination of relaxed luxury and genuine practicality. From the moment guests arrive, everything is set up to feel easy. The house opens directly onto the beach, making spontaneous seaside moments part of everyday life. Whether it’s a quick paddle, an early morning coffee by the sea, or a blustery winter walk, the coast is quite literally on your doorstep.

One of the most talked-about features, and a firm favourite with younger guests, is the themed children’s bedroom, complete with safari-style truck beds. It’s playful, imaginative, and just the right amount of wow to make a stay unforgettable. As highlighted in the feature, it’s a space that wins over even the toughest critics: children themselves. And if they’re happy, everyone tends to relax a little more.

Beyond the fun details, Seamark has been carefully designed to feel calm, contemporary, and connected to its surroundings. Soft, neutral tones, natural textures, and light-filled spaces create an immediate sense of ease. The interiors steer away from traditional seaside clichés, instead offering something more refined while still feeling warm and welcoming.

It’s also the thoughtful touches behind the scenes that make a real difference. From child-friendly essentials to spaces designed for both socialising and unwinding, every element has been considered to ensure guests can properly switch off. A great holiday home should not only look beautiful, but feel effortless to live in, and that’s exactly what we set out to achieve.

To receive recognition from a publication as respected as Condé Nast Traveler, widely regarded as one of the most trusted voices in global travel, is incredibly special to us. It reflects not only the quality of the property itself, but also the care and attention that goes into every detail.

Seamark was created as a place where families and friends can reconnect, recharge, and make lasting memories by the sea. Seeing it already being enjoyed and celebrated by both guests and industry experts is exactly what we hoped for when we first brought it to life.

And if this is just the beginning, we’re very excited for what’s still to come.
