We had 3 wonderful days. The house was spotlessly clean, well furnished, lovely welcome pack and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Barwon Heads absolutely exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a truly special place to stay. The home is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind, and it’s been finished to a very high standard throughout. Same quality applied to the necessary – for us - travel cot & high chair. The fixtures and fittings are top quality, with everything you could possibly need – and more – provided. The decor is tasteful and eclectic, with attractive furnishings that make the space feel both stylish and welcoming. Well maintained spacious garden, ideal for relaxing. One of the standout features is its location – just a short stroll from the beach, ideal for the coastal atmosphere. The convenience of being so close to the sea really added to the overall experience. In short, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended! We had the most wonderful stay at Barwon Heads. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the garden was the most perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The house is located just a couple of minutes from the sand dunes. You couldn't ask for a better location. The Camber Holiday Cottage team were really helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely book with them again!

A calm haven- thank you for a beautiful stay. I came to decompress from a hectic London life and Mandalay delivered on that front and more. With its beautifully appointed calm rooms to the inviting family area with all its amenities, this is a small piece of heaven. A stones throw to the beach ( 1min walk) took me to another world. Can’t fault this place. Looking forward to booking it again- the outside seating and the living room promises a great winter getaway too!

Loved the stay! The beach house is right by the stunning ocean views. Every detail shows how well thought out the house is - making it really comfy and welcoming. The garden after a day at the beach was the perfect refuge for a relaxing evening cocktail. Would love to go again, highly recommend :))

Just had a wonderful time at Cloudbreak. It's a stunning house inside, loads of space, beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. Huge windows with fantastic sea view. Great for access to the beach and footpath and short drive into the lovely town of Rye. For a February break it was great to have somewhere so lovely to come back to when the weather wasn't too good but it's also well set up for family beach holidays with downstairs shower room and separate TV rooms for the kids.

We booked Cloudbreak to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday as a family. It could not have been better! The kitchen/living room is at the top of two flights of stairs to make the most of the sea views. A large glass sliding door takes you out onto a balcony with glass balustrades, so no interrupted views .

With wide open views of the ever-changing sea, and dips in the water at high tide just a couple of minutes from the back door, the position is excellent. The house is well designed and solidly built, with a lot of triple-glazed glass, giving great light to its well designed interior. It's just a short hop to Rye and Camber. We just loved our week at Cloudbreak.

Beautiful house, very well equipped, great layout, lots of space, large comfy beds, and most of all an amazing view from the kitchen/lounge/diner that we didn't ever get bored of. Good location as a base to explore, we went to Rye, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Battle and Camber Sands. The check-in and check-out are a little late/early, and don't think guests should have to strip the beds. The area behind the house is not very nice but as soon as you walk a little way along the beach it becomes unspoilt views of fields. Overall we had a great stay and would really recommend the house.
