The Blue House

Just had a wonderful time at Cloudbreak. It's a stunning house inside, loads of space, beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. Huge windows with fantastic sea view. Great for access to the beach and footpath and short drive into the lovely town of Rye. For a February break it was great to have somewhere so lovely to come back to when the weather wasn't too good but it's also well set up for family beach holidays with downstairs shower room and separate TV rooms for the kids.

We booked Cloudbreak to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday as a family. It could not have been better! The kitchen/living room is at the top of two flights of stairs to make the most of the sea views. A large glass sliding door takes you out onto a balcony with glass balustrades, so no interrupted views .

With wide open views of the ever-changing sea, and dips in the water at high tide just a couple of minutes from the back door, the position is excellent. The house is well designed and solidly built, with a lot of triple-glazed glass, giving great light to its well designed interior. It's just a short hop to Rye and Camber. We just loved our week at Cloudbreak.

Beautiful house, very well equipped, great layout, lots of space, large comfy beds, and most of all an amazing view from the kitchen/lounge/diner that we didn't ever get bored of. Good location as a base to explore, we went to Rye, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Battle and Camber Sands. The check-in and check-out are a little late/early, and don't think guests should have to strip the beds. The area behind the house is not very nice but as soon as you walk a little way along the beach it becomes unspoilt views of fields. Overall we had a great stay and would really recommend the house.

Fantastic house, we have stayed along this stretch of beach for the last 5+ years in different properties, so we already knew the location was great. The house was awesome, good spec and had everything we needed. Garage was really useful for bike storage too. We have already booked our return next year.

I enjoyed a truly unique and memorable stay at Cliff End Fort. Falling asleep with the french doors open listening to the waves and then waking up to the sun rising over the ocean was such a highlight!

Amazing spot, loved staying in this great holiday rental. Brilliant for families with dogs. Really enjoyed the fishing down on the beach, it’s a great spot for bass and mackerel too

Great place to stay. Honestly the photos were similar to our experience. Easy to book. Good location between Rye and Hastings. Would recommend more but want to go back!

Wow, what a spot to while away your holiday come rain or shine. Clean, super comfortable and uniquely situated at the end of Pett Level Beach with fabulous uninterrupted views onto the water. Close to Hastings Old Town and Rye with their great eateries and shops. Perfect for families or a small group of friends.

We loved it. And we booked again for Summer. Beachfront. Perfect.
